Strategy Research
The first 10 weeks of our process were dedicated to an intensive research sprint. We were fortunate to host representatives from Apple, who shared their design philosophy with us. They explained that Apple’s approach goes beyond solving immediate problems—it’s about envisioning the future, identifying opportunities, and working backward to the present. This proactive method combines trend analysis and historical insights to design with intention and foresight.
Our first exercise built on this philosophy, starting with a “day in the life” map of current routines. Participants then envisioned their lives 5-10 years ahead, exploring how technology could create meaningful improvements beyond mere convenience.

Around the time we launched our Beta, Covid-19 was widespread and remote working and conference calls were becoming more important to the average workforce. So we put considerable effort in creating a conference calling experience for our users.
